The SSPOA is a corporation made up of all property owners in Sugar Springs. This includes homeowners as well as owners of lots used primarily for camping. Each household / lot in good standing has an equal voting right (1 per lot / home) in the affairs of Sugar Springs.

These affairs are managed by a Board of Directors (8). Each is a member in good standing of the SSPOA and duly elected by the membership. Terms are for (3) years and staggered so that 2 or 3 are voted on each year.

Operations of the SSPOA are handled by a General Manager and staff positions. Staff reports to the General Manager and the General Manager reports to the Board.

Specialized committees are in place made up of SSPOA members in good standing to oversee operations and recommend improvements to the Board of several individualized aspects of the Sugar Springs Community.
