With more than 1200 homes and 3,300 lots throughout the Sugar Springs community, there is always property for sale.

Sanitary sewers are located throughout, all roads are paved, and electric and telephone utilities are underground. Well water is approximately 35 to 90 feet.

About half of the homes here are owned by full-time residents, with the balance being owned by recreation-seekers whose primary residences are located elsewhere throughout the state. Since many neighborhoods in the community allow camping, many lot owners do so with the intention of building at a later date.
